We thank you for agreeing to work with us on your case.  We treat every single client's case with the professionalism they deserve and make every effort to deliver on the promises we make.

First, we need to remind you to submit your SIGNED Agreement to the Homework Page (Inside this vault) and to read the RULES provided.

Next, we encourage you to submit HERE all of your court documents, evidence, etc. within the next 48 hours. Also, it would help if you would share your court portal access info so that we can get a snapshot of the procedural history of your case. (If you have not set one up please do so now.)

Next, you would need to schedule your weekly calls (please choose the same day/time for easier scheduling) using this LINK.

Then, prepare all of your questions for our first meeting. (You should receive an Initial Meeting Questionnaire within 24 hours of this email.)

Last, access your client portal to find all of the content that is specifically tailored to your case. (I.e. worksheets, guides, forms, etc.)

So AFTER we have our first meeting, you will have an idea of how the process works, timelines/deadlines, what is expected of you, etc. (You should check the portal frequently as we will update things on there.) ALL meetings are recorded and notes taken, which shall be uploaded to the platform within 48 hours afterward.
