How the Referral Rewards Work

💰 Individual Referrals (Strategy Sessions)

1-Hour Strategy Session:
You earn $25 cash or $50 service credit 

4-Week Program:
You earn $75 cash or $150 credit

12-Week Program:
You earn $150 cash or $250 credit

24-Week Program:
You earn $250 cash or $500 credit

NOTE: The credit can only be used on a service valued at the same level (or higher) as the Referred client's, nothing lower. 

🏢 Organization Referrals

If you refer a nonprofit, DV organization, therapist, HR department, or wellness program that books a workshop or training, you receive:
$300–$750 cash, depending on the contract size.

🎉 Milestone Bonuses

Earn extra bonuses as you refer more people:
5 paid referrals: + $50 bonus
10 paid referrals: + $200 bonus
20 paid referrals: + $500 bonus or 3 months of any toolkit

Rewards are paid on the 10th of the following month  after the referred client meets qualifying conditions.

Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in The Divorce Solutionist Referral Incentive Program (“Referral Program”). By participating, you agree to these terms.

Program Overview

The Referral Program rewards eligible participants (“Referrers”) for referring new clients or organizations to The Divorce Solutionist for Family Court consulting, strategy sessions, and/or programs.
This program applies only to specific services.
No legal services or legal representation are offered or referred.

Eligibility

To participate, you must:
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have a valid email address.
  • Have a valid payment method (Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, etc.).
  • Agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Participation is open to clients, former clients, professionals, coworkers, friends, community members, and the general public.

Qualifying Referrals

A referral qualifies for a reward only if:
  1. The referred individual is a new client to The Divorce Solutionist.
  2. The referral lists the referrer’s name on the booking form or intake form at the time of booking.
  3. The referral pays in full (so if a payment plan was used, upon completion of each payment).
  4. The referral remains enrolled in monthly programs for at least 14 days.
  5. The referral is not refunded, disputed, or cancelled.
Only one referrer can be credited per referral.
Duplicate or disputed referrals will not qualify.

Payment Methods

Referral rewards are paid via:
  • Cash App
  • PayPal
  • Venmo
  • Zelle
  • Bank transfer
  • Visa digital gift card
  • Amazon gift card
Referrers must provide accurate payment details.


Refunds, Cancellations, and Payment Disputes

No referral reward will be issued if:
  • The referred client cancels
  • The referred client does not attend their session
  • The referred client receives a refund
  • A payment is reversed, charged back, or disputed
If a reward is issued in error, The Divorce Solutionist reserves the right to reverse or withhold future rewards.

Taxes and W-9 Requirements

Referral rewards may be considered taxable income.
If a referrer earns $600 or more in a calendar year, they will be required to:
  • Complete a W-9 form
  • Receive a 1099-NEC for tax reporting purposes
Rewards may be withheld until the W-9 is submitted.

Prohibited Conduct

Participants may NOT:
  • Misrepresent The Divorce Solutionist or its services
  • Promise legal outcomes or legal advice
  • Use spam, harassment, or misleading tactics to obtain referrals
  • Share confidential or sensitive client information
  • Claim to be an employee, agent, or legal representative of The Divorce Solutionist
Violation of these rules may result in removal from the program, forfeiture of rewards, and/or legal action if necessary.

No Legal Advice or Fee Sharing

The Divorce Solutionist provides coaching, strategic guidance, and educational support only.
Referral rewards:
  • Are not legal referral fees
  • Are not tied to legal representation
  • Are not contingent on legal results or court outcomes
This program does not create any attorney-client relationship or fee-sharing arrangement,

Privacy

To protect client privacy:
  • Referrers will not receive details about the referred client’s situation
  • Only confirmation of eligibility (“Your referral was confirmed”) will be shared
  • Personal or case information will not be disclosed

Modifications and Termination

The Divorce Solutionist reserves the right to:
  • Modify reward amounts
  • Change program terms
  • Pause or terminate the program at any time
Changes will not affect any rewards already earned.

Limitation of Liability

The Divorce Solutionist is not liable for:
  • Payment delays due to incorrect payment information
  • Technical errors or system outages
  • Lost, late, or misdirected referral submissions
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

What is The Divorce Solutionist Referral Program?
It’s a cash-reward program for anyone who refers clients to The Divorce Solutionist for strategy sessions, coaching programs, or organizational workshops.
How much money do I earn per referral?
Fee Schedule:

1-Hour Strategy Session: $25 cash or $50 service credit

4-Week Program: $75 cash or $150 service credit

Organizational / Corporate Referrals:

How do I send someone to you?
You share this link with anyone you would like to refer and you need to fill out this form so that we'll be aware that you referred that person. 

You will be notified once they pay for the service (only the service that qualifies). 

When do I get paid?
Payments are sent on the 10th of the following month after the referral attends their session or completes 7 days of their program.

How do you send the cash?

Can I refer more than one person?

Milestone Bonuses: 

  • 5 referrals → bonus $50 extra
  • 10 referrals → bonus $200 extra
  • 20 referrals → bonus $500 extra
Note: They must be SEPARATE REFERRALS (not the same client or a past client). Each referral must pay for a qualifying service. 


What if the person I refer asks for a refund?
Refunded or cancelled services do not qualify for referral rewards. 
Also, anyone who disputes a claim with their bank or credit card company and wins will preclude you from being able to participate in our Referral Program in the future.

Do referral credits expire  or are they transferable?
Cash payouts never expire once they’re paid.

Service credits expire ONE YEAR from the date you receive notification that your Referree has paid in full. 

Service credits are NOT transferable.  They can only be used for a service provided to you as the Referrer.

Can I use my referral rewards toward strategies or programs?
Yes. Cash is yours to keep.
Credits can be used toward:
  • Strategy sessions
  • Programs
  • Upgrades

You can only use your credit for a service of equal value (or higher) of your Referree. For example, if you referred someone who paid for a Monthly Consultation package, and received $250 service credit, then you can only use that credit for the same Consultation package or a service that is valued higher than that.
